Blueprint Realty does not sell personal information for third‑party marketing. We disclose information as necessary to effectuate real estate services — for example to MLS participants and co-brokers, escrow and title companies, lenders, inspectors, contractors, attorneys, and other service providers engaged in a transaction. Recipients are contractually required to protect your data and to use it only for permitted transaction or service purposes. We may also disclose information to comply with legal processes, protect legal rights, or as otherwise required by law.
4. Your Data Rights & Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, opt out of certain communications, or request deletion of information. To protect privacy and comply with legal obligations, we will verify requests and respond in accordance with applicable real estate and privacy laws. Please note that some records may be retained to satisfy licensing, regulatory, or legal retention requirements even if you request deletion.
